Hangzhou’s Uurban Best Practices Area case “Harnessing Five Waters” was completed on Monday afternoon.

Director of the pavilion Zhang Jianting, also vice mayor of Hangzhou, received the key to the pavilion from Huang Kunming, Hangzhou Party secretary, in a handover ceremony.

The “five waters” of Hangzhou are West Lake, the Qiantang River, the Grand Canal, Xixi Wetland and the East China Sea.
